Visiting Tips

• Bring picture ID to present at entrances along with your membership card. This ensures that no one else is using your card.
• Your free admission applies to daytime visits to the museum or village and evening admission during designated weekend events. You’ll receive discount admission to ticketed events such as Salute to America, Hallowe’en, Holiday Nights or Maker Faire Detroit. For Day Out With Thomas™ village admission is free but you must purchase a ride ticket for the train.
• Members may purchase discount tickets for additional guests
• Oops! Did you lose or forget your membership card? Our Guest Services team can help when you arrive.
• You’ll keep the same membership card and number when you renew. If you renew your membership at a different level, you will receive a new card.
