TICKET PURCHASES
All online ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Events at The Henry Ford are held rain or shine, even outdoor events.
Children 4 and under are free to the Museum and Village. Children age 2 and under that do not require their own seat are free to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour and the IMAX Theatre. Please inform a cashier or ticket attendant upon arrival if there are children under 4 (or under 2 for IMAX and Ford Rouge) in your party.
A $2.50 service fee for orders through the Call Center and a $6.00 parking and road maintenance fee will be charged for all orders. Members and IMAX-only patrons will not be charged for parking.

Group admission
Groups of 15 or more are eligible for discounted group admission prices. Group reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order for group discount pricing to apply. Group reservations cannot be made online at this time. Please contact our Call Center at 313-982-6001 Monday-Sunday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Parking
A $6.00 parking and road maintenance fee will be charged for all orders. Members and IMAX-only patrons will not be charged for parking. Spaces are available for buses and RVs. We do not have parking gates or booths. All fees are collected at the point of ticket purchase either on site, through the Call Center or the web site. If you are purchasing in advance over the phone or on our web site, you will be assessed this fee at the time of purchase, not upon arrival.
MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES
All online membership purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
All membership cards will be mailed to you directly with one exception: If you have purchased your membership in combination with an event ticket and it is less than 2 weeks prior to this event, your membership will be held at event will call with your tickets. If you wish to pick up your membership cards at an earlier date, please contact our membership hotline: 313.982.6001, press 2.
When visiting with your membership, please remember to bring your photo ID. You will be asked to show your valid card and ID at the venue gates.
