Educators with groups of 15 paid students or more receive a discounted school group rate of $8 for each venue and $8 unlimited Ride Pass for Greenfield Village. Special programs vary in pricing. Some require advance payments, contracts and deposits; ask your Call Center representative for details.

New Field Trip Special! Buy tickets for one attraction, and get ½ off a second attraction. This offer is valid on any combination of Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, IMAX® Theatre or Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Reservations are required, and the offer is only good for the same date of visit for K-12 schools. Offer not valid for Home Schoolers. Excludes special events, special exhibits and Hollywood IMAX* films.

Teachers must purchase tickets for group leaders in order for them to receive a group rate. Group leaders purchasing tickets separately will pay general admission rates. All prices and programs subject to change.

Home School groups receive the same discounted student rate with groups of 10 paid students or more with a reservation. In addition, we extend free admission and parking to accompanying adults at a ratio of one free adult for every ten students. Additional adults pay the discounted rate. Advance reservations are required.

The Henry Ford school field trip scholarship program has been made possible in part through the generosity of the MASCO Corporation Foundation and the Colina Foundation.

When you prepay for your visit in full, your tickets will be waiting upon arrival and you will receive express check-in. To expedite your entry, we can mail your tickets in advance for a $5 shipping and handling fee. In order to ship tickets, payment must be received two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We offer three easy ways to pay for your field trip.

The Henry Ford Call Center will provide self-addressed envelopes to return unused tickets for a full refund. IMAX® Theatre tickets are not refundable. For groups traveling on their own buses to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour, tickets are exchangeable and refundable. For groups traveling on Ford Rouge buses, due to the limited bus seating, tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.

One adult group leader is required for every 10 students, grades K through 12. To ensure appropriate supervision we will provide your group with one free teacher/chaperone ticket for every 10 students. Group leaders must be adults. Additional adults or teachers will be charged the $8 school group rate. Free teacher/ chaperone tickets only apply to village, museum and Ford Rouge Factory Tour visits.

Wheelchairs are available in both Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village for a nominal fee. The Museum is completely handicapped accessible. Due to the historic nature of the Village, some buildings cannot accommodate wheelchairs and strollers.

Wheelchairs are available for FREE use during your visit to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Up to four wheelchairs can be accommodated at each theater showing. Wheelchairs can be transported on Factory Tour buses as can most motorized wheelchairs (some weight limits apply). The facility is completely handicapped accessible.
