Blues, Brews & Evening Dining BBQ
August 8, 2014 (6:30pm-9pm, Dinner 7pm) in Greenfield Village Pavilion

This extraordinary one-night-only, backyard-style event takes place in the heart of Greenfield Village. The food — all locally sourced — is the focus, but you can also enjoy a refreshing Michigan beer as you listen or dance to the great sounds of the Front Street Blues Band. Prepared by our award-winning culinary staff, these locally sourced culinary adventures pay tribute to the farmers and regional food producers supported by The Henry Ford’s Local Roots food initiatives.
