  • $50,000 Group Admission Fee (maximum 10,000 people).
  • $25,000 minimum Food & Beverage expenditure.

Greenfield Village Evening Buyout includes:

  • Exclusive use of Greenfield Village from 6:30–10 pm
    (specific dates may not include Martha-Mary Chapel, Eagle Tavern or A Taste of History®).

  • All themed historic districts fully operational and staffed with costumed historic presenters and talented artisans. Open districts include:

    • Main Street
    • Henry Ford’s Model T

  • Unlimited Historic Transportation

Food & Beverage Options

  • Vouchers - Purchased in $5 increments and valid for use that evening at all food and beverage retail outlets. Location opportunities include Eagle Tavern, A Taste of History, Mrs. Fisher’s, State Street Lunch Stand and select concession outlets based on availability.

  • Catered - Impress your guests with a fully catered event. Select a formal dinner, a variety of stations, food carts and fun concessions. Location opportunities include Village Pavilion, Eagle Tavern, A Taste of History, State Street Lunch Stand, food carts, select concession areas, and/or Catered Tents based on availability.

Enhancements
Make your event utterly incomparable! Add musical entertainment, a historic parade, even an electrifying fireworks finale. These enhancements are all available at additional cost. Our event planners will be happy to give you details.
