Hello, I am from Finland.

I bought my first car year 1970 and it was a Beatle, colored beige and it was built 1957. The engine was very bad, so we changed it to a new. When I went to a trade school, I let them paint my car yellow. The school was in Rovaniemi town near the Polar Circle. There were no yellow cars in Finlnad at that days, so mine was the first one.

So, when I came back to Oulu, to my hometown, every people who saw my car wave their hands. And that was not only because the color, but the number plate was same as Donald Duck have: OU-313. So I drove my Beatle 4 years and made people turn their heads. The car was very cold at winter times and very hot at summer times, but it was a wonderful car to drive.

When I became a mother; I had to sell the car and buy a safe car, because of the baby. It was very hard to hand over the yellow Beatle.
