The Outdoor Midway of Maker Faire fills up our Museum parking lot, so for the weekend there are a few parking alternatives:
All Parking and Shuttles during Maker Faire are FREE!
Village Road Lots - Parking in the Village Road lots across from Greenfield Village is available during the weekend. Please note that these lots fill up quickly each morning. If you are coming to Maker Faire at lunchtime and after, your best bet for parking are the lots off Oakwood or the offsite shuttle.
Oakwood Blvd Lots – Parking is available directly across from and next to Maker Faire on Oakwood Blvd in the Ford Motor Company lots. Please follow the signs and adhere to the instructions of THF staff and the Dearborn Police Department.
Expanded parking for the physically challenged is located near the IMAX Theatre entrance and at the Beech Street entrance off of Oakwood Blvd.
Our Maker Faire partners at the University of Michigan-Dearborn are providing offsite parking at the U-M Dearborn FAIRLANE CENTER Campus. The campus is at 19000 Hubbard Dr. in Dearborn. (this is not the Main Campus).
Free shuttles will operate from 9:30am to 6:30pm on both days of Maker Faire. THF attendants will be there to greet you. The shuttle drop off and pick up at The Henry Ford is in front of the Museum Clocktower.

The Henry Ford is located in Dearborn, Michigan on the corner of Village Road and Oakwood Boulevard, just west of the Southfield Freeway (M-39) and south of Michigan Avenue (US-12).

From the East or West via I-94:
Take I-94 to the Oakwood Boulevard exit; go north on Oakwood. The Henry Ford is 2.5 miles from the exit on the corner of Village Road and Oakwood Boulevard.
From the South via I-75:
Exit to northbound Southfield Freeway (M-39); drive 4.1 miles to Oakwood Boulevard (Exit 4). Left on Oakwood and drive 1.8 miles.
From the North via Southfield Road (or I-96):
Take Southfield Freeway (M-39) south 4.5 miles past I-96 and exit at Michigan avenue (Exit 6). Continue on the Southfield service drive (veer left) for .5 mile. At the first stoplight, turn right onto Village Road (through the iron gates) and drive .75 mile.
