Local Roots Blues, Brews & Evening Dining BBQ
August 8, 2014 (6:30pm-9pm, Dinner 7pm) in Greenfield Village Pavilion
Blues, Brews and Local Roots BBQ
This extraordinary one-night-only, backyard-style event takes place in the heart of Greenfield Village. The food — all locally sourced — is the focus, but you can also enjoy a refreshing Michigan beer as you listen or dance to the great sounds of the Front Street Blues Band. Prepared by our award-winning culinary staff, these locally sourced culinary adventures pay tribute to the farmers and regional food producers supported by The Henry Ford’s Local Roots food initiatives.

The Greenfield Village Pavilion is open for your arrival beginning at 6:30pm. Dinner service will start promptly at 7pm. Guests will be given 2 drink tickets to use at the bar. Full cash bar available. Summer dining tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Contact our Call Center at 313.982.6001 to make your reservations today!

menu
Because of the seasonal nature of our Local Roots dinners, the menu comes together in a flourish closer to the event. We’ve set the theme, and we’re working hard to develop terrific food and beverage pairings that feature the best our local farmers and food vendors have to offer. We’ll post the menu online about two months before the event. That way, we can ensure that our seasonal ingredients are the freshest they can be. Please visit our website two months from your dinner and look for our menu. For more information about our Local Roots dinners, please visit www.TheHenryFord.org/LocalRootsDining.
