Please be aware, there is a possibility we will experience severe weather in Greenfield Village® during the course of tonight’s event. Severe weather is defined as lightning, strong winds, tornado, flooding or other potentially dangerous circumstances. (Rain, even heavy rain, is not considered severe weather.) Guest safety is our No. 1 priority. If it is determined that severe weather is imminent, tonight’s event will be canceled, and you will be asked to exit Greenfield Village as calmly and as quickly as possible. A cancellation will be announced from the stage in Walnut Grove or will be spread by personnel among the crowd. In the event of a cancellation and the need for everyone to exit Greenfield Village:

• Listen to personnel of The Henry Ford or the Dearborn Police Department, and follow their direction. Let them know if you need special assistance..
• Refer to the map in your program, and move toward the exits.
• Move calmly and quickly out of the village to your vehicle.

• Stop to take shelter in a village building.
• Stop to shelter under a tree or a tent. These are unsafe places to stop in the event of severe weather.
• Stop to inquire about our cancellation ticket policies. Please refer to the cancellation policy at the bottom of this page. Ticket inquiries cannot be addressed during an evacuation.
• Linger anywhere to wait for the weather to “blow over.” Once the evacuation process has begun, the event has been canceled and will not resume.

Ticket Policies
Salute to America ticket stub may be redeemed at the DSO Box Office for one free admission to any Classical, Pops, Jazz or Young People’s Family concert from October 10, 2013 through December 8, 2013. All concerts are subject to availability and seating is at the discretion of the DSO Box Office.

Redeem original Salute to America ticket stub for a one-day museum/village combo admission (a $35 value). Admission provides one-day access to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Present to any cashier upon entry. Not valid for special events requiring additional admission. This offer expires December 1, 2013.
