MASCO Corporation Foundation Field Trip Scholarship
(Program complete, no longer accepting applications)

These scholarships are available to qualifying schools (Michigan schools in which at least 30 percent of students receive free or reduced-price lunches). Admission scholarships will be applied to the cost of admission for school group visits to Henry Ford Museum® or Greenfield Village®. Transportation scholarships will be applied to the cost of bus transportation ($200 per bus) for visits to Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, The Henry Ford IMAX® Theatre or Ford Rouge Factory Tour. (These scholarships are not applicable to special on-site programs such as G.A.M.E., One Room School or If I Had a Hammer.)

The Colina Foundation and the Karen Colina Wilson Foundation are pleased to announce Transportation and Admission Scholarships. These scholarships are available to qualifying schools (Michigan Downriver schools in which at least 30 percent of students receive free or reduced lunches). Admission scholarships will be applied to the cost of admission for school group visits to Henry Ford Museum® or Greenfield Village®.Transportation scholarships will be applied to the cost of bus transportation ($200 per bus) for visits to Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, The Henry Ford IMAX® Theatre or Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Target Field Trip Grants
Application cycle opens August 1, 2012 for the 2012-2013 school year
The Target Field Trip Grants program provides funds for K-12 field trips in order to give students throughout the country the opportunity to explore more of the world outside the classroom. For the 2011-2012 school year, grants of up to $700 each will be awarded to educators, teachers, principals, paraprofessionals, and classified staff who are employed by accredited K-12 public, private, or charter schools. Types of eligible trips include art, science, and cultural museum visits; community service and civic projects; career enrichment opportunities; and other events or activities away from the school facility. Funds may be used to cover trip-related costs such as transportation, ticket fees, food, resource materials, and supplies.

Michigan Youth Arts Bus Grant, on behalf of Ovation and Comcast
Application cycle open now through January 25, 2013
Michigan Youth Arts, on behalf of Ovation and Comcast, is offering grants of up to $500 to Michigan K-12 schools for transportation costs associated with an arts- and culture-related field trip. The destination or performance must be chosen from a list of approved organizations; The Henry Ford is an approved destination for this grant. Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 pm on Friday, January 25, 2013. Field trips must take place between March 1, 2013 and May 31, 2013.
