It was my first NEW car, and I loved it. I bought it after university-graduation as a new Air Force 2nd Lt. pilot-trainee . It had more performance per dollar than anything else I could buy at that time = $3,200 . It would do an honest 140 mph and could get 16-17 MPG at 60 mph, which was pretty good for such a car at that time.
