In 1957 when I was 15 I bought my first Ford. It was a Model A, 4 door sedan that cost me $25. I kept it until about 10 months ago and gave it to the husband of one of my students at Oakland. I replaced the motor, had it repainted, drove it to high school and kept it until I moved from Northville to Richland, Michigan. I do miss my Model A Town Sedan but I was so thrilled to give it to one of my female student's husband. When he saw it he was thrilled. His father and he came to my condo in Northville and took it away. I hope he keeps it as long as I did.
