Although incorporated as the Photochrom Company of Detroit
in 1895, the company did not file its first annual report
with the State of Michigan until 1897. Dated February
26, 1898, it described the company's financial status during
1897. Of the four original stockholders, only Edwin
H. Husher remained with the company at the time of their
first annual report. Paul F. Wild and the Photoglob Company
of Zurich, Switzerland as well as William Livingstone, Jr.,
were among the stockholders.
