Simply put, from a body style perspective, this is the most significant automobile ever to be designed in America. This can also be said for the '35 Auburn Boatail Speedster. Personal favorite was the Cord convertible coupe. Art-Deco on wheels. Gordon, you were a genius...Make the trip to Auburn, Ind. for labor day weekend festival. You'll create a fond memory.

The Cord was made by a great uncle of my mother who is a Cord and I still am quite fascinated by the car today. If it were possible I would certanly own one not just because it bears my familys crest, but due to the sleak lines, and the engine. It was truly ahead of its time!!

Beautiful. I've always dreamed of finding one in a barn somewhere, showroom condition and all, on cement blocks and for sale. Needless to say, it hasn't happened yet. We all need a goal. Too bad that such a car was born at the wrong time. It would be at home today on the road. Still "Best of Class".
