News CenterFord Motor Company Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend
DEARBORN, Mich., Oct. 11, 2012 – The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.05 per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend as was paid in each of the first three quarters of 2012.
The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on Dec. 3, 2012, to shareholders of record on Nov.2, 2012.
