Ford is committed to respecting human rights everywhere we operate, and throughout our entire supply chain. We aim to ensure that everything we make, or that is made for us by others, is consistent both with local law and with our commitment to protecting human rights.

We have conducted more than 40 human rights assessments, dating back to 2004, evaluating how our facilities around the world align with our Code of Human Rights, Basic Working Conditions and Corporate Responsibility (Policy Letter 24 (pdf, )).   • Conducting training to build our suppliers’ capability
