“My greatest achievement at Ford has been to communicate how Ford is reinvesting in American manufacturing…We’re making a huge impact on the lives of local residents and businesses.”

In 2013, President Obama visited the Kansas City Assembly Plant to deliver a speech on economic recovery. Kristina had the opportunity to shake his hand and thank him for sharing her firm belief in American manufacturing. At Ford, it’s her responsibility to maintain that same positive spirit and optimism from Detroit to D.C., and around the world. She feels her greatest achievement at Ford is communicating the way the company is revitalizing and reinvesting in American manufacturing.

She’s especially proud of the way Ford’s production facilities bring jobs and investment to their communities. “It makes a huge impact on the lives of local residents and businesses,” she says. “It’s important for the world to understand that we can make the world’s best cars, trucks and utilities right here in the U.S.A.” Since Kristina has always been interested in helping people, she’s excited that her current position allows her to show how Ford’s sustainable and efficient business practices are helping communities around the world.
