GREG BIFFLE QUALIFIES SECOND AT FONTANAGreg Biffle, driver of the No. 16 3M/Scotch-Blue Ford Fusion, will start on the outside of Row 1 in Sunday’s race after posting a qualifying lap of 182.704 mph at Auto Club Speedway on Friday.
