Respond to Dealer inquiries (web and phone) on complex technical vehicle repair concerns exercising independent judgment after significant research to formulate technically accurate, professional and timely responses
Daily interface with Dealer personnel and some internal Ford Motor Company activities
Provide technical assistance and/or guidance to the other Technical Assistance Center team members when needed
Participate in monthly calibration sessions, peer reviews and team meetings, coaching and training sessions
Complete training (online and hands on) as required
