Job Description Position Overview/Description: Supports the integration of efforts across ICI Development, Operations, Analytics and Transformation. Responsible for supporting the execution of group-wide governance forums, tracking costs vs budget and benefits vs plan, maintaining the ICI roadmap and resource models to ensure the ICI team can operate effectively.

Together our team works to understand our changing world, identify new opportunities, and take action to engage in meaningful, targeted interactions with customers.
Responsibilities:
Understands the progress of each project in the ICI roadmap and maintains the roadmap
Develops materials for all governance forums, incorporating inputs from project leads
Understands the in-flight projects, maintains a repository of new project requests and identifies resources gaps / constraints based on project stack
Understands all major issues, risks and mitigations related to projects in the ICI roadmap
Develops and maintains processes and tools to ensure financial performance of the ICI group is well understood, including tracking budgets and project benefits
Supports the execution of all ICI events (including town halls, offsite conferences, team building activities)
Supports Business Engagement leads in coordination of projects across ICI, that enable the business to achieve strategic objectives
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in program / project management
2+ years of experience using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA highly preferred
5+ years of experience preparing presentations for senior level audiences, to include developing and creating slides as well as managing content
5+ years of experience in program/project management
Experience coordinating across multiple groups and synthesizing information
Strong written presentation skills
Prior Consulting background a plus
PMI certification a plus
Good financial acumen
