Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone service and support in a call center environment to direct fire, medical, security responses and facility-related issues.
  • Provide access control, personnel protection, and emergency response for Executives, Executive Assistants, and visitors to the executive floors.
  • Provide Executive Residential Security Services including monitoring of security cameras and specialized equipment. Conduct foot patrols of interior and exterior areas and report unusual observations.
  • Provide driving services for top level executives.
  • Monitor Fire and Security Alarm Systems, Access Control System, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and radio communications systems.
  • Perform Security/Fire dispatching to appropriate company and municipal emergency responses.
  • Provide emergency notifications to all levels of management and key personnel.
  • Review, maintain and compile daily activity logs, as required.
  • Protect company classified and sensitive information with confidentially.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communications.
  • Ability to function under pressure and stressful emergency situations (i.e. medical, fire, security, or other life threatening situations).
  • Ability to transfer roles and responsibilities within the organization as an Executive Security Driver, Residential Security, Executive building security coordinator, and Global Communications Center Operator
  • Ability to work off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and change shifts.
  • Available to work 24x7, 365 days a year.
  • Concealed Pistol License (CPL) or meet the State requirements to obtain license within 1 months

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • 5+ years’ experience in law enforcement.
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ year’s clean driving record
  • Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
