Data Analyst position offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI). Support Ford's blueprint for mobility strategy and the OneFord plan for profitable growth. Support data requirements for Data Scientists globally, using analytics to achieve business outcomes including insights to accelerate our Connected Customer and Connected Vehicle initiatives. Drive data strategy and ensure data serves as an essential asset.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a related technical field
• 3 years of experience in position offered or 3 years of experience performing data management including running queries and compiling data for analytics
• 3 years of experience writing SQL queries to query and analyze data
• 3 years of experience performing functional and analytical data design, architecture and modeling
• 1 year of experience performing analysis on Big Data and NoSQL technologies including Hadoop & Spark
• 1 year of experience performing command line with loading and manipulating files within HDFS
• 1 year of experience building visualizations with Tableau and Qlikview
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently
