Marketing & Sales Internship Program
This program gives you an outstanding opportunity to learn about Ford Motor Company, the Marketing & Sales Team, and how our export organization, Global Trade Services (GTS), is positioned to be the engine of growth for the Ford enterprise, enabling us to “Build Anywhere, Sell Anywhere”. Internships are project-oriented and they challenge you to demonstrate strong business acumen and technical skills.
This internship opportunity is designed to help the GTS management team envision and define future growth strategies supporting Ford’s overall export operations. No travel is required; work is based in Dearborn, Michigan.
During your internship, our goal is to get to know you, to help you grow your automotive acumen, and enable you to generate results that will help us propel our business.

- Sophomore or Junior-level class standing
- Bachelor Degree in the following fields of study:
- Business Management / Administration
- Marketing
- Economics
- International Business
- Communications
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must have a valid driver's license
