Job Description

Global Product Planning & Strategy is the organization within Global Product Development responsible for leading the creation and approval of global product strategy and plans.
Specifically, this includes:

  • Analyzing consumer trends, the industry landscape and corporate realities to develop business strategies and the associated product strategies that deliver profitable growth
  • Applying these strategies to build actionable product plans that fit within business constraints
  • Establishing clear, compelling product direction for program teams to execute
  • Ensuring a consistent cadence of customer-visible features and innovations to differentiate Ford and Lincoln products from competition

Minimum Requirements for the Global Product Planning & Strategy PDP are:
  • Pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred ·
  • Minimum 3.0 overall GPA
  • Passionate about automotive product planning and strategy
  • Graduation date no later than September 2019
  • Willing to relocate to South East Michigan
Preferred Requirements:
  • 2-5 years Professional work experience gained prior to completion of graduate school
  • 3.4 overall GPA
  • Previous internship or co-op with Ford
