Rotational Assignments
Diverse areas that have an impact on key marketing strategies
These rotations provide Marketing Leaders with exposure to the business necessary to form a solid foundation in the organization and support future career development.

Marketing Leadership Program

Rotational Assignments
Diverse areas that have an impact on key marketing strategies
- 5 years of individualized rotations in the following areas. Each rotation is 18-24 months:
- Communications Marketing
- Consumer Marketing
- Field Sales
- Product Marketing
- Strategy Marketing
These rotations provide Marketing Leaders with exposure to the business necessary to form a solid foundation in the organization and support future career development.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA
- 3.2 overall GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience preferred, preferably in Marketing
- Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company or Ford Motor Credit Company in the past 24 months
- Must be willing to relocate now and in the future
- Must be available for full time employment by September 2018

- Degree from a highly ranked educational institution
- Prior Ford internship experience
