The IT Cyber Security Ford College Graduate (FCG) role provides recent college graduates with dedicated interest in IT Security developmental job assignments during their first three years with Ford Motor Company. IT Security FCG will be in engaged in various IT security projects and promote security and control awareness throughout the enterprise.
The IT Cyber Security FCG role objective is to strengthen the FCG's technical skills in IT security through rapid exposure to Ford IT Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) business activities, while allowing the FCG to gain understanding of the company’s culture and global IT organization. Minimum Requirements for the IT Cyber Security FCG role:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 Scale
- Recent college graduate (within last 3 years) with 0 to 3 years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in IT Security
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, take follow-up on project deliverables, go above and beyond the task at hand
- Work well in a small team and be flexible enough to work on any aspect of the project as needed
