Finance is a key strategic partner within Ford, integral to both the automotive business and the finance company, Ford Credit. The Finance Leadership Program at Ford Motor Company is a newly created program, designed to develop future Finance leaders through progressively challenging and high visibility assignments in core Finance functions.
The Finance Leadership Program promotes accelerated development through three rotations with increasing opportunities to lead. Each rotation is expected to last 12-18 months. Participants in the program will build a foundation of core Finance experience through exposure to marketing and sales, cost control (e.g. product development), and financial planning & analysis. Successful participants are promoted to a management role within Finance in their third assignment, in preparation for a future leadership role.
Assignments during the program will be located in Dearborn, Michigan.

Minimum Requirements
- Finance Leadership candidates will include progression towards an MBA with graduation in spring 2019.
- Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- 3+ years of prior relevant finance/business experience
- Demonstrated leadership
- Strong analytical capabilities
- An outstanding academic record at a highly ranked (e.g. top ~30) business school.
