Service Engineering Operations (SEO) Ford College Graduate (Intern Conversion)
As part of Marketing Sales & Service, Service Engineering Operations (SEO) engineers are responsible for delivering exciting products that are world class in cost, quality, function and time to market. SEO's goal is to provide technical information, procedures and diagnostic products to enable Ford Motor Company to lead in automotive design for dealership service and repair. Also, to design, validate and release exciting vehicle personalization accessories that exceed customer expectations. As part of the Ford College Graduate (FCG) program, you will be provided with hands-on experience that will develop you technically and professionally.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science
- Overall 3.0 GPA or equivalent
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be willing to relocate to the Southeast Michigan area
- Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company or Ford Motor Credit Company in the past 24 months
