Position Overview/Description:

This is a Global Cloud Administrator position supporting Informatica Cloud Data Hub on Amazon Cloud (AWS), Microsoft Azure and associated facilities. The successful candidate will be working with a global team to provide Informatica Service support that includes technical support, analyze and resolve software failures, and lead various efforts to ensure all implementations meet Ford’s security and control requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Business IT and business owners to enable and prioritize implementations and service improvements
  • Participate in core internal Ford team efforts to manage daily operations of Informatica, AWS and Azure Cloud utilizing platform specific standard ITIL V3 Tools
  • Share and present work to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Ensure Critical Success Factor (CSF), Critical to Quality (CTQ) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met for Informatica, AWS and Azure Cloud services.
  • Work with other IT teams (DBA’s, Server operations, OpsControl, Data Analysts, etc.) to meet application requirements
  • Assist team lead with managing assignments and work load of global support team
  • Meet security and control requirements for a SoX application including: IT Policy Manual compliance, Systems audit completion and evidence gathering, interface documentation, audit participation, and Operation Identified Comment (OIC) resolution
  • Develop and maintain, accurate support documentation
  • Assist creating and maintaining SCRP process and ACR/ICR updates

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ Years of experience with AWS and/or Azure technologies
  • 3+ Years of experience with Informatica technologies
  • 3+ Years of experience with Windows, LINUX and Database services
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the IT Operating Model / IT Service Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • J2EE skills (Ex: Java, JSON, REST, WebSphere, PowerShell)
  • Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, and SQL
  • Proficient in Windows Active Directory Administration
  • Proficient with IT Project Manager Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, MS Project)
  • Experience to Project Manage Large Scale IT Development and/or Infrastructure Deployments
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT professionals including globally distributed teams; the ability to adjust communications appropriately for the audience; work with all levels of management and diverse work groups
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with VM servers
