Job Description The SAP Supply Chain IT Business analyst in this position will join a team implementing SAP Supply Chain to the Asia Pacific region. They will work collaboratively with other team members gaining knowledge of the SAP product and develop business acumen in Ford Parts Supply and Logistics.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Understand solution processes and requirements
Prototype functionality, identify solutions
Create functional specifications for data conversion and migration and interfaces
Support testing activities
Create unit test cases and review test cases developed by QC Team
Define test data requirements
Coordinate defect resolution and re-testing efforts
Support the launch tasks and provide/facilitate estimates
Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and controls
Implement existing program-level standards for design, security and controls, user interface and documentation
Develop domain/technical competency to become an SME for the future solution
Provide initial support of end users
Lead training and education of future support team staff and transition documents
Capture lessons learned and communicate to team
Strong interpersonal skills, Technical writing skills. Excellent organization skills to support working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, Self-motivated, ability to perform tasks under pressure, networking skills and relationship building skills.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of IT experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in SAP Supply Chain Management experience
1+ years of experience working as an Agile, Business Requirements Analysis, Global launch
