The program’s sponsors and mentors welcome each new FBLP class into the cohort.

Bi-Weekly Happy Hours 

We meet as a cohort at least twice a month to strengthen our personal and professional relationships, learn about each other’s respective experiences, and talk shop more generally.

Periodic Events

FBLPs also host a wide variety of social gatherings throughout the year, including holiday get-togethers, super-bowl party, St. Patrick’s Day party, Fowling (football bowling) outings, beer tastings, and more.

Post-Program Placement

Each FBLP member will have a different career path – with roles in various skill teams and in core General Manager positions.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates must have completed an MBA degree by June 2021 
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience or industry experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, technology service, entrepreneurship or marketing 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion to work in a fast-paced, complex global environment and an aptitude for developing business acumen and capacity 
• Proven leadership skills that energize, educate and motivate others 
  
• Strong interest in automotive and mobility products and services
