Ford Motor Company Declares Third Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, Mich., July 10, 2014 - The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a third quarter dividend of $0.125 per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock.

This is the same level of dividend paid in the first and second quarters of 2014, which is a 25 percent increase from the level of dividend paid in each quarter of 2013.

The third quarter dividend is payable on Sept. 2, 2014 to shareholders of record on Aug. 1, 2014.
