Sara Wirbinski's interest in Ford was sparked at a career fair. Drawn in by the passion and enthusiasm on display there, she stays at Ford for the hands-on experience. The three year rotational program provides "the opportunity to explore all of the huge parts of Ford in little pieces of time," says Wirsbinski.
