Earlier today in Las Vegas, at the Consumers Electronics Show, Ford Motor Company announced their new features and capabilities of SYNC - called Traffic, Directions, and Information - next level of SYNC and how it plans to be the leader in connectivity, making it affordable for millions. Mark Fields, President of the Americas, said by summer of 2009 Ford's entire North American Lineup will offer this must have technology and that they expect to have 1 million SYNC-equipped vehicles on the road by the third quarter of 2009.

Cut #1: | "The beauty of SYNC is that also it is totally upgradable we can add new features and applications without having to actually touch the vehicle. Ford is the only manufacturer that gives its customers the ability to simply download new features and add them to their vehicles." :19 sec. |

| Ford is partnering with Microsoft and other recognized companies, INRIX, TeleNav, Tellme(a Microsoft subsidiary), M/A-COM and Airbiquity-- to enable the new service to connect to real time data, and the best news for consumers is that it comes "free" with the vehicle. |
