FORD FIESTA MAKES KBB COOLEST NEW CARS UNDER $18,000 LISTThe new 2011 Ford Fiesta is one of this year's Top 10 Coolest New Cars Under $18,000, according to editors of Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com, who describe Ford's new small car as "better looking, nicer inside and even more fun" than the Honda Fit – one of Fiesta's main competitors. Cars making the 2010 list were chosen based on safety, fuel economy, interior size, comfort and technology. Voting results indicate that a total of 2,749,518,893 shares of common stock and 70,800,727 shares of Class B Stock with a total aggregate of 4,964,094,864 votes were represented in person or by proxy at the annual meeting. These shares represented 89.6% of all the votes that could have been cast at the annual meeting. |
