Ford Motor Company hosted a “Ford University” conference call on March 9, 2012.

The call consisted of a discussion of Ford’s 2012 Key Financial Metrics and recent headline topics.

Some of the key topics included pension de-risking, tax matters, and key elements of Automotive operating margin.

The presentation was given by Bob Shanks, Vice President and Controller, and Neil Schloss, Vice President and Treasurer.

Representatives of the investment community took advantage of the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
