Fasten your seat belt for a ride into Ford’s world of connectivity and next gen technologies at Computex 2012

  • Ford Motor Company is making its debut at Computex 2012, the largest computer exhibition in Asia
  • Ford will make major industry-first announcements both for Taiwan and Asia at the show
  •  Ford will showcase its latest innovations in connected services and cloud computing
 TAIPEI, Taiwan, May 24, 2012 – Ford Motor Company will showcase its latest innovations in connected services and cloud computing at Computex 2012, further enhancing its position as a global leader in technology.
 
Ford will be making its debut at Asia’s biggest computer exhibition, where it will demonstrate its class-leading in-car connectivity technology to an influential global audience over the period June 5-9, 2012.

“Customers want to stay connected when they are driving, and Ford is helping provide them with smart and convenient features that help them remain in touch with their digital lives in a safer, simpler and smarter way."
 
Ford will make major announcements related to its latest technology during Computex, as the company continues to expand the global reach of its class-leading innovations.
 
On June 6, Ford will also participate in a panel discussion on the topic of “Collaborative Synchronization for a smart life,” where Ford’s connected services that are improving the driving experience for customers around the world will be shared.
 
Ford will discuss insights into the future of technology, and how Ford’s leadership position will continue to evolve as it strives to be a leader in providing in-car connectivity. The Company will also share how it is exploring possibilities in using  cloud technology to enable a seamless lifestyle between home, office and car linked through access to the driver’s personal information - and how this will enhance people’s lives into the future.

 

The Ford booth will be located at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC), TOF1B on 1F, No.1 Section 5, Xinyi Road, Xinyi District, Taipei.
