Job Description Ford Credit’s Leadership Development Program (FCLDP) is a dynamic introduction to the automotive financing industry that exposes participants to a range of finance related positions within Business Center Operations. While in the program, FCLDP employees build a foundation for advancement within Ford Credit by strengthening skills in customer service, team management, business development and financial analysis.
Through a combination of rotational assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring, FCLDP prepares participants to take on future leadership roles. FCLDP employees are critical to both the current and future success of our organization. Every rotation offers opportunities for participants to make a substantial impact on the business. Beyond that, we believe that focusing on employee development ensures a strong future for the company and is essential for the fulfillment of our employees.
We’re looking for innovative professionals who have a passion for learning, an interest in understanding our business, are committed to excellence, demonstrate flexibility and are adaptive to change. Geographic mobility is required within program and upon completion of the program. Successful candidates will experience the benefits of a comprehensive relocation package. Possible locations include: Colorado Springs, CO., Greenville, SC., Nashville, TN., and Tampa, FL.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company Credit in the previous year
Bachelor’s degree
Overall GPA of 3.0 or better
Graduation must be achieved by May 2019
Willingness to Relocate
Eligibility to work in the United States—verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Science
