Marketing Leadership Program (MLP) Established in 1989, The MLP is a rotational program designed to elevate the Company's strategic focus on marketing. This is an opportunity to become a leader and influence the Company through challenging assignments, supporting Ford’s mission to build great products, focus on a stronger business, and contribute to a better world
Rotational Assignments The MLP is comprised of three to four individualized rotations in diverse areas that have an impact on key marketing strategies. Each rotation is 18-24 months and will provide Marketing Leaders with exposure to the business necessary to form a solid foundation in the organization and support future career development. Minimum Requirements
Completed first year of MBA program, with emphasis in Marketing
Minimum 3-5 years of full-time work experience preferred, preferably in Marketing
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
Willingness to relocate now and in the future
Must be available for full-time employment by September 2019
