Field Sales & Service Operations – Zone Manager Ford College Graduate (FCG)

Zone Managers strive to gain & retain satisfied and loyal customers. We are the eyes, ears and voices of the customer for the Company. Our team delivers the right products at the right time to meet consumer needs and demands.

Field Zone Manager
In Field Operations, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:
  • Wholesale vehicle and parts sales
  • Sales metrics and forecasting skills
  • Customer service programs
  • Merchandising/advertising support
  • Financial management
  • Operations consulting

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in the following fields of study:
    • Business Related (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, etc.)
    • Communications
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Willingness to relocate now and in the future
  • Willingness to travel up to four nights a week
  • Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be available for full-time employment by September 2019
  • Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company within the past 24 months
