Our FCG Program is a developmental and rotational program designed to:
Build a solid foundation through targeted networking, learning and experiences (Now)
Provide opportunities to demonstrate development and implement business solutions (Near)
Position employees for the opportunities of tomorrow (Far)
The four-year program consists of two challenging, rotational assignments working in HR Business Partnership supporting Operations (Staff and/or Plant-Site) or in one of our HR Communities of Expertise (Compensation and Benefits, Talent, Strategy, Personnel Relations and Corporate Labor Affairs). These experiences provide employees with the opportunity to cultivate and apply critical, strategic and design thinking mindsets to address business opportunities.
FCG assignments are available both within and outside of the Southeast Michigan area.
Basic Qualifications
Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company in the previous 24 months
Graduate degree (MLIR, MSHR, MBA or JD)
GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale (to be confirmed upon graduation)
Less than 3 years of relevant work experience
Willing and able to relocate outside of SE Michigan
Willing and able to work in a manufacturing environment, with shift work as required
