Responsibilities
- Support execution of strategy studies, and lead key workstreams focused on capital allocation, futuring, and market scenario development
- Lead role in distilling / synthesizing implications for Ford from consumer, competitive, technology, and regulatory trends
- Support strategic ad-hoc studies, including assignments from VP of Strategy
- Support critical strategy and corporate leadership meetings
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or relevant technical degree
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic role – automotive, mobility, or management consulting
- 3+ years of experience in research/analysis focused on automotive, new technologies, or mobility
- MBA
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated leadership accomplishments working with cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience in problem solving, critical thinking, and analysis / modeling
- Ability to formulate strategies and concepts in an unstructured environment
- Very comfortable with ambiguity and working in “white space”
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple work streams concurrently; works well under pressure
- Outstanding written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manor
- Highly adept at relationship building
