Job description:
Research Engineer positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI). Support the development and maintenance of fuel economy and vehicle system analysis tools. Develop and design under interfaces to manage data flow.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of professional experience performing Powertrain engineering and development
- 3 years of experience using, formulating and developing engineering mathematical models
- 2 years of experience developing, debugging, fixing or upgrading software
- 2 years of experience performing procedural computer programming
- 2 years of experience applying systems engineering to manage complex interrelated models
