Job Description
Food Service Strategy Manager responsible for corporate-wide food delivery strategy and oversight to support and enhance the workplace experience. Deep knowledge of the food service industry and experience in driving transformational food service strategies. This position will be responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive program aligning present and future requirements to deliver best in class food service, optimize the workplace experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and secure strategic partnerships, create and manage high value solutions in line with company objectives.
This role will focus on:
1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy globally in a matrix organization
2. Identifying and utilizing networking and connections with Key Industry thought leaders.
3. Developing internal and external relationships

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in strategy development and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in science, business or life sciences field
- Food Services industry specific experience
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, negotiation and creative problem solving
- Creative and innovative mindset as it relates to employees’ workplace experience
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in budgeting and proposal development
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience in business operations strongly preferred
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization internally and externally
