Job Description This position will manage, lead, and execute the strategy for the commercial team and its portfolio of properties in Dearborn, Allen Park, and Detroit, Michigan. The commercial team members consists of sales and leasing, marketing, property management, project management, planning, estimating, and hospitality asset management. This role directly reports to the Director of Sales, Leasing, and Development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales, leasing, and marketing team by developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants to both existing buildings and planned developments
Strategically determine optimal time to sell real estate assets and then execute such plan as directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to the leadership team and external stakeholders
Provide oversight and direction to the property management team for optimal performance of the commercial portfolio
Provide leadership to the project management team, consisting of project managers, planners, and estimators, supporting the commercial portfolio.
Execute land uses and developments consist with a master planned community
Provide oversight and direction to a full service hospitality property
Deliver results in a fast paced, corporate environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
10+ years experience within the commercial real estate industry
