Develop system software requirements and implementation architecture
Manage, document and communicate systems progress, plans and set expectations for successful solution deployment
Drive process, procedure, and methodology to optimize architecture
Anticipate potential issues, identify dependencies, and develop validation test strategies
Translate system requirements and implementation architecture into testable product requirements and design specifications
Lead technical discussions, build and manage relationships with cross-competency teams and relevant internal and external stakeholders
Develop Functional Safety Requirement and Technical Safety Requirement based on ISO 26262 and support team in identification of the safety goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field
4+ years of industry experience in implementing, managing and configuring electronic control systems such as vehicle control systems, infotainment, hands-free (Bluetooth, wireless) solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience taking high level business requirements and design to shipping and large scale production
Ability to understand complex technical systems, specifically relating to vehicle components and automotive communications
Knowledge of distributed systems & software architectures for automotive designs, their multiple abstraction layers and their interdependencies
Strong technical and nontechnical communication skills
Solid presentation, writing and documentation skills
Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Strong understanding of ISO 26262
