With Connectivity and Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), the auto insurance space is undergoing a rapid transformation. Ford Motor Company and Ford Credit are preparing to establish a new digital business to partner with insurance carriers and provide data to more accurately measure risk.
Responsibilities:
This position is to develop the go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, and business development efforts with North America insurance carriers to support a feature launch in the near future. This position will take a leading role in engaging with numerous carriers to establish effective data sharing programs. This position will also serve as the on-going relationship manager for a portfolio of insurers once the program is launched, providing on-going oversight, resolving issues, management reporting of program metrics, implementing enhancements, etc.

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, engineering or economics
- 5+years of experience in sales and/or marketing and/or business development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of delivering results and consistent record of performance/career progression
- Self-starter with interest in new technologies and a startup/entrepreneurial mindset
- Contract and negotiations experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience and/or knowledge preferred
- Comfortable delivering presentations to customers and internal senior management
- Previous supervisory experience highly preferred
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
