The role of the Solutions Strategy Lead is to translate the broader Mobility strategy to specific business strategies and plans for identified solution categories. Responsibilities:
Actively engaging internal business owners to ensure strategies are clear, compelling, and aligned with the broader ecosystem aspirations
Developing and refining business plans and product plans to support robust delivery of strategy
Conducting targeted studies to address key strategic issues, such as partnership opportunities, scale-up plans, and new business opportunity assessments
Job Requirements:
Ability to formulate strategies and concepts, with strong business acumen and analytical skills
Focus on the customer and design-thinking approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in organizational influence; ability to bring together diverse teams and deliver aligned results
Ability to identify and assess new Mobility solutions using unique business models such as revenue sharing models, analytics services, and infrastructure monetization
Experience connecting top-down strategy to bottom-up implementation
Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and growing team
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business, digital or transportation field
5+ years of experience in Strategy, Digital business models, or Transportation services
Preferred Qualifications:
Strategy consulting experience
Lean startup experience, either at independent start-up or incubating within a corporate environment
Consistently sound judgment and relentlessly high standards
Strong verbal and written communication
