| Job Description/Overview: We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our growing electrified vehicle (EV) business team! Electrified vehicles are an important part of Ford’s future and we are looking for the best and brightest. The role will require enterprise-wide critical thinking, leading cross-functional professionals, and a “get it done” attitude to help make strategic decisions that will enable Ford to be a leader in electrified zero-emission vehicles. Responsibilities: As the Battery Lifecycle Manager, you manage battery lifecycle strategies globally. This position will require you to work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the lifecycle value of vehicle batteries. Lifecycle management considerations include service parts supply, inventory maintenance, transportation, tracking & data management through all phases and streams (e.g. repair history, cell replacement), array replacement, remanufacturing, repurposing (transfer of recycle liability), and recycling. Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of experience in recycling industry OR remanufacturing
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- 5+ years recycling industry experience
- Li-Ion Battery recycling management/knowledge
- EV battery technical knowledge (Li-Ion preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communications (verbal and written)
- Able to work individually and in teams
- Ability/experience working across disciplines (compliance, engineering, marketing, operations)
