Job Description Ford Motor Company's Global Data, Insight, and Analytics (GDIA) organization is looking for a manager to develop Intelligent Customer Interactions (ICI) strategy development. You will be working on a project to build a portfolio of ICI tools and services to enable Ford Motor Company to intelligently interact with their customers. These tools will utilize the Single, Complete, Actionable view of the Customer (SCA-C) to make each interaction more effective, efficient and therefore more valuable to the company. Functions include: consultation, product design, product strategy development, handoff to infrastructure teams and IT to implement the strategy. In this role, you will work with business partners in multiple regions (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, South America etc.) to collect their business requirements to build products to serve the needs of those regions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the business and IT integration for Intelligent Customer Interactions (ICI)
Communicates the project and drives project deliverables in working meetings with Stakeholders, primarily IT counterparts
Develops the vision of what we wish to build (Business Owner View), and convey that vision to all the stakeholders, including advocacy of product to the enterprise
Develops use cases to drive development and prioritization of operational needs
Manages Product backlog, prioritize features, attend Agile ceremonies and drive delivery of the product.
Reviews and approves Test Scenarios and Test cases. Plans and conducts UAT.
Manages project governance process
Identifies the impacts on other projects and develops strategies to mitigate the impact
Documents key project business deliverables i.e. legal requirements, business process changes, management presentations
Interfaces with Data Governance and Data Operations teams
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business Systems or related field (MIS)
3+ years of experience in leading technology implementation projects
1+ years on experience in working with Customer Data
1+ years of experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or MA/MS in Business Systems
5+ years of experience in the Customer Interactions area for example, 1:1 marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Rally tools a plus
Project Management experience or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired
Customer Database management experience a plus
Working within large and complex projects
